The biggest challenge for this Hawthorn Woods bathroom remodel was the cramped, disjointed space of the old lavatory. To reconfigure this small space, a narrow dividing wall was removed and the floor covered with Daltile’s 6 x 48 Season Wood Snow Pine tile, which creating a warm, more open look. A large, glassed-in shower was installed, lined in trendy 5 x 14 Madrid Marengo tile and floored with Wisdom White Hexagon tile, both also by Daltile, to give a polished, sophisticated look to the new space.
The final, defining touch came with a custom painted vanity cabinet and its stunning rustic woodshelf. A sparkling white quartz then topped the vanity as well as the shower bench, threshold, and niche shelves, adding a nice flow to the small space. The QM shower drain and Delta plumbing fixtures from Studio 41 finished this modern bathroom, delivered, as promised by Regency, on time and within budget.
